Causes / Solutions
Try the following.
- Ungroup the pattern.
- Change the fill settings.
- Reduce the number of fill patterns.
Complex patterns cannot be filled. Simplify the pattern in
ScanNCutCanvas.
Select a different pattern.
Possible Cause 1: The part of the mat that is inserted is
dirty.
Solution 1: Clean the part of the mat that is inserted and
its surrounding area.
Possible Cause 2: Material or masking tape has been
attached outside of the adhesive area of the mat,
preventing it from being recognized.
Solution 2: Attach the material while keeping it within the
adhesive area of the mat.
- This message appears when you try to send data to a
cutting machine not registered with ScanNCutCanvas.
- Registration of your machine has been deleted from
ScanNCutCanvas. Register the machine again.
When the SSID and security information (SSID/
authentication method/encryption method/network key
(password)) was manually entered, incorrect information
may have been entered.
Check the SSID and security information again, and then
enter the correct information if necessary.
The machine is not connected to the network.
- Check the network connection status.
- A network connection may not yet be established. Wait a
while, and then try again.
A network error occurred during communication.
Check the following.
- Check that your wireless access point/router is turned on.
- Check that the network cable of your wireless access
point/router is plugged in.
The proxy settings are incorrect.
Check the proxy settings of your wireless network and your
machine.
A network error occurred during communication.
- Check the DNS server settings.
- Wait a while, and then try connecting again.
- Make sure that the wireless LAN access point/router has
been turned on.
- Move the machine or computer installed with DesignNCut
Manager so that no objects block the signals between
them, or move them closer to the wireless LAN access
point/router.
- If the wireless LAN access point/router is filtering, check
the settings.
The proxy settings are incorrect.
Check the proxy settings of your wireless network and
DesignNCut Manager.
- Make sure that the machine has been turned on.
- Check that the wireless LAN connection indicator is lit.
- Check the status of the network connection. A connection
may not be possible because of the communication
environment such as a poor signal or network congestion
from crosstalk.
