Completing the test
Continue to test another function or end the test by changing the TestMode setting to
Disabled. Restore connections and settings to their original values, if they were changed
for testing purposes.

Prepare the IED for verification of settings as outlined in section

in this chapter.
Check that the input logical signal BLOCK is logical zero and that on the local HMI, the
logical signals PRES_ALM, PRES_LO, TEMP_ALM and TEMP_LO are equal to logical
zero.
Testing the liquid medium supervision for alarm and lock out conditions
1.
Connect binary inputs to consider gas pressure and gas density to initiate the alarms.
2.
Consider the analogue pressure input PRESSURE to initiate the alarms.
3.
Gas pressure lock out input can be used to set PRES_LO signal, check the signal
status in local HMI under Main menu/Test/Function status/Monitoring/Gas
medium supervision SSIMG/PRES_LO
4.
Reduce the pressure level input below PresAlmLimit, check for PRES_ALM signal
status in local HMI under Main menu/Test/Function status/Monitoring/Gas
medium supervision SSIMG/PRES_ALM
5.
Activate BLOCK binary input, the signals PRES_ALM, PRES_LO should
disappear.
6.
Reset the BLOCK binary input.
7.
Check for reset lock out input RESET_LO to reset PRES_LO lock out signal.
8.
Conduct these steps for temperature input as well to detect and reset TEMP_ALM and
TEMP_LO signals.
9.
Continue to test another function or end the test by changing the TestMode setting to
off.
