6. REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT

WARNING
The machine contains a laser beam generator. Laser beams can cause
permanent eye damage. Do not open the laser unit or look along the laser
beam path while the main power is on.

CAUTION
Before starting disassembly, be sure to print all message files in the SAF
memory. Then, turn off the main switch and disconnect the power cord for
safety.
Lithium Battery: The danger of explosion exists if a battery of this type is
incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type
recommended by the manufacturer. Discard used batteries in accordance with
the manufacturer's instructions.
