For the TN system, carry out the following 8 service items and checks listed below:
Replace the tubing element (6.4mm OD, 3.2mm ID EMPP 562 tubes) of the
WMM60 Nitrogen Pump (N Pump). The WMM60 replacement tubes are
supplied in the service kits with fittings already attached (see item D in service
kit). The overall length of the tube and fittings should be 205.5mm, the tube
itself is 161.5mm.
Check that the peristaltic pumps are pumping correctly:
Nitrogen Pump (N Pump) rate for WMM60 Pump at 16 pulses should be
between 6.5ml and 7.5ml in ~8 seconds. The pump rate can be measured by
supplying DI Water or tap water to the pump at the inlet port using a small
container.
Check that the valves are operating correctly:
NP Sample Valve checked. LV3
DI Water Valve checked. LV2
TN Cleaning Valve checked. LV1
Check that the TN measuring cell is clean in the DCP module.
Check that the Xenon Lamp light source is functioning in the DCP module.
In Diagnostics, Process Test menu, run the READ DIW REF TEST. Confirm
that all Nitrogen Signal (N SIG) and Nitrogen Reference (N REF) % intensity
count values are greater than > 50%.
Open the CO
Analyzer metal box, clean CO

If the CO2 reading is outside the 0.5%, check the purity of Oxygen gas. When
an oxygen concentrator is used, run the concentrator for at least 10 minutes
before the oxygen purity test is carried out. Confirm that there is no CO
oxygen gas by connecting the CO
