Draining Product from Freezer

NOTE: It is your responsibility to be
aware of and conform to the requirements
for meeting local, state, and federal laws
concerning the frequency of cleaning and
sanitizing the freezer.
To remove frozen product from the
cylinder, perform the following steps:
1.

to the "OFF" position and drain the
remaining sanitizer from the freezer and
close the plunger.

Proceed to disassembly,
cleaning and sanitizing instructions.
