Troubleshooting

OVER
The load exceeds the
CAPACITY ERROR
balance capacity.
Display capacity is
exceeded.
Damage has occured.
UNDER
The load is too low.
CAPACITY ERROR
Damage has occured.
CAL
Calibration is entered
without weight on pan.
ADD WEIGHT
CAL
Weight cannot be
recognized.
OUT OF RANGE
Other errors Error has occurred.
Unload the balance
or look for obstruction.
Decrease weight on balance.
Call Denver Instrument.
Check pan position.
Unload pan and cycle power.
Call Denver Instrument.
Add weight and press
CAL key again.
Clear pan and add
appropriate weight.
Cycle Power. Call technician
for further assistance.
