Send All Calls

About this task
When Send All Calls (SAC) feature is on, your incoming calls go directly to a predefined
coverage number, typically your voicemail. Incoming calls ring once at your extension and then
go directly to a number which is set by your system administrator.
Touching the Send All softkey turns Send All Calls on, changing the appearance of that
softkey to indicate the feature is on. If this feature is already on, touching the Send All softkey
turns the feature off and the softkey appears normal. You can also turn Send All Calls on or
off by using the telephone Features list.
Procedure
Touch Send All or touch Forward to access the main Forwarding menu and then touch
Send All Calls to turn Send All Calls on or off.

Enabling call forwarding

About this task
Use this task to forward your calls to a specified number.
Procedure
1. Press Forward to gain access to the forwarding menu.
2. Touch the forwarding feature you want to activate or deactivate.
3. Enter the destination number to which you want to forward your calls and touch

Turning off call forwarding

Procedure
1. Scroll down to the active Call Forward button.
2. Touch the line on which Call Forwarding appears to turn call forwarding off .
