Troubleshooting
If at all possible, use the process described in Recommended Shutdown Procedure on page 42 to shut
down your SSA switch.
To reset an SSA switch without it performing an orderly shutdown routine, press and hold the OFFLINE/
RESET button for approximately six seconds.
