Writing the account data to a floppy disk

The job accounting data resident on the system hard disk may be written to
a floppy disk for later analysis or backup storage. To write the accounting
data, perform the following steps:
1. Ensure that a 3.5-inch floppy disk with MS-DOS formatting is available.
2. Insert the floppy disk into the disk drive of the Controller.
3. From the REPORTS screen, select WRITE TO DISK. The WRITE TO
DISK screen is displayed.

FILE NUMBER:
WRITING TO DISK
4. Enter a 4-digit number for the name of the file to be created. The first
number must be within the range 1-9. Do not use zero.
5. Press the Enter key. The file is written to the disk, and the message
WRITING TO DISK is displayed.
