Check the Control Panel(s)

When a machine failure is suspected, for example, when a print cannot be made
or the image quality is defective, first check for error messages or error codes on
the printer control panel.
When an error code is displayed, press the < > and < > keys on the printer
control panel at the same time. If the error reoccurs after pressing these buttons,
contact your Service Representative.
