Procedure
Step 1
On the phone, access the Settings app.
Step 2
Select Wi-Fi, select the active profile, then select Network configuration > IPv4 setup, and look at the
DHCP field:
• If DHCP is on, then the phone is assigned the settings from the DHCP server.
• If DHCP is off, then you must configure a static IP Address, and set the Subnet Mask, Default Router,

If you are using DHCP, check the IP addresses that your DHCP server distributes.
