The knife guard (18) is fixed and integrated into the
clamping jaws. The knife guard has handles (19)
that allow it to be moved. The knife guard is suit-
able for knife lengths up to 16 cm. Always cover
exposed parts of the knife blade after sectioning.
The anti-roll guide system can be moved sideways
(only for the 84 mm variant). To better find the mid
position, a groove (17) is provided in the shaft (16),
in which the anti-roll guide sits.
• Pressure plate permits the full length of the
knife to be utilized.
• The CN knife holder can be used to hold
tungsten-carbide tipped or steel knives and
disposable blade rails.
