A-6. DC Fan Motor
(Time required: About 17 minutes)
A-6-1 Remove the side pad R assembly and side pad L
assembly. (See Procedure 1)
A-6-2 Fix the control panel assembly 32. (See procedure 2)
A-6-3 Remove the DA2 circuit board. (See procedure A-1)
A-6-4 Remove the DA1 circuit board. (See procedure A-2)
A-6-5 Remove the HAAD (3) circuit board.
(See procedure A-3-5)
A-6-6 Remove the support angle and the shield PS assembly.
(See procedure A-5-6, A-5-7)
A-6-7 Remove the two (2) screws marked [182]. The fan
holder and the DC fan motor can then be removed.
(Fig. 12)
* When installing the DC fan motor, leave the fan
connector cable of the DC fan motor hanging
outside the notch of shield PS assembly.
Check that the fan connector cable is not tucked
inside shield PS assembly. (Fig. 11)
* When installing the DC fan motor, tighten the screws
marked [182] in the order a to b shown in Fig. 12.
A-6-8 Remove the four (4) fan fi xers marked [180]. The DC
fan motor can then be removed. (Fig. 12)
* The fan holder is not components of the DC fan
motor.
A-7. ACIN Connector Assembly,
PSW Connector Assembly
A-7-1 Remove the side pad R assembly and side pad L
assembly. (See Procedure 1)
A-7-2 Fix the control panel assembly 32. (See procedure 2)
A-7-3 Remove the DA2 circuit board. (See procedure A-1)
A-7-4 Remove the DA1 circuit board. (See procedure A-2)
A-7-5 Remove the HAAD (3) circuit board.
(See procedure A-3-5)
A-7-6 Remove the support angle and the shield PS assembly.
(See procedure A-5-6, A-5-7)

ACIN Connector Assembly
(Time required: About 17 minutes)
A-7-7-1 Remove the two (2) screws marked [130] and the
screw marked [140]. The ACIN connector assembly
can then be removed. (Fig. 12)
* Install the earth terminal of the ACIN connector
assembly in the direction shown in Fig. 12.

PSW Connector Assembly
(Time required: About 16 minutes)
A-7-8-1 Hold down the claws of the PSW connector assembly
from inside, and remove the PSW connector assembly
from the outside of the rear panel 32. (Fig. 13)

A-6-3 DA2 シートを外します。 （A-1 項参照）
A-6-4 DA1 シートを外します。 （A-2 項参照）
A-6-5 HAAD （3） シートを外します。 （A-3-5 項参照）
A-6-6 サポートアングルとシールド PS アッセンブリ
を外します。 （A-5-6 項、A-5-7 項参照）
A-6-7 [182] のネジ 2 本を外して、ファンホルダーとと
もに DC ファンモーターを外します。 （図 12）
※ DC ファンモーターを取り付ける際は、ファン束線を
シールド PS アッセンブリの切り欠きから出しておい
てください。
シールド PS アッセンブリでファン束線の挟み込みが
ないことを確認してください。 （図 11）
DC ファンモーターを取り付ける際は、 図 12 に示す a 、

b の順に [182] のネジを締めてください。
A-6-8 [180] のファンフィクサー 4 本を外して、 DC ファ
ンモーターを外します。 （図 12）
※ ファンホルダーは、DC ファンモーターの構成部品で
はありません。
A-7. ACIN 束線、PSW 束線
A-7-1 サイドパッドＲアッセンブリとサイドパッドＬ
アッセンブリを外します。 （1 項参照）
A-7-2 コンパネ Ass'y 32 を固定します。 （2 項参照）
A-7-3 DA2 シートを外します。 （A-1 項参照）
A-7-4 DA1 シートを外します。 （A-2 項参照）
A-7-5 HAAD （3） シートを外します。 （A-3-5 項参照）
A-7-6 サポートアングルとシールド PS アッセンブリ
を外します。 （A-5-6 項、A-5-7 項参照）
A-7-7 ACIN 束線（所要時間：約 17 分）
A-7-7-1 [130] の ネ ジ 2 本 と [140] の ネ ジ 1 本 を 外 し て、
ACIN 束線を外します。 （図 12）
※ ACIN 束線のアース端子は図 12 の向きに取り付けてく
ださい。
A-7-8 PSW 束線（所要時間：約 16 分）
A-7-8-1 PSW 束線のツメを押さえながら、PSW 束線を
リアパネル 32 の外側から引き抜きます。
