6-2. Product type initialization Command
Clear Product type by sending serial command "PRODUCT_UNKNOWN" to TF using PC communication software
(ex: TeraTerm).
The following settings are necessary in order to send commands.
6-2-1. Network setting
After starting normally, a Network setup can be set up as
follows.
IP Address = 192. 168.
Subnet Mask = 255. 255. 255.
Gateway = 255. 255. 255. 255
Unit Name = Yamaha TF
6-2-2. Communication specification
Confi gure the communication settings in the
communications software on the PC (ex: TeraTerm) as
follows.
TCP/IP
HOST address = 192. 168.
TCP port number = 50001
Service = etc.

6-2-3. Supplemental Setup
It is necessary to make the IP address of PC into a fi xed
IP address.
The example of a setting in WindowsPC is shown below.
1) Open the properties of "Internet Protocol Version 4
(TCP/IPv4)".
2) It sets up as follows.
IP Address = 192. 168.
Subnet Mask = 255. 255. 255.
