If the charging system is not working, check:
1)

CONtINUItY OF 10a FUSe

BatterY CharGING VOLtaGe

3) CharGING COIL reSIStaNCe
4) CONNeCtIONS OF reCharGING SYSteM
1. continuity of 10a fuse
- remove fuse.
- Connect Tester (Ω) to fuse.
- Check continuity of fuse.
- Not compliant: replace fuse.

2. Battery charging voltage
- Connect inductive rev counter to spark plug cable
- Connect Tester (20 Vdc) to battery, as follows:
- terminal (+) of tester
- terminal (-) of tester
- Start engine and run it at 000 rpM.
- Check battery voltage.
- Charging voltage: 13.5 ~ 14.5 V.
- Not compliant: continue searching.
- NOTE: use a fully charged battery.
