TRANSMISSION OIL

Check level every 3.000 Km (1,900 mi) or 6 months
) Put the vehicle on its stand.
2) Warm up the engine until it reaches normal working
temperature, then turn it off.
3) Unscrew the filler (A‑Fig.18) and drain (B‑Fig.18)
caps.
4) When the oil sump is completely empty, check the
oil quantity drained in a graduated container: if it is
lower than 100 cc, restore the level by adding the
needed oil quantity.
5) Close the drain cap and introduce through the filler
cap the right quantity of the oil previously drained.
6) Close the filler cap.
Renewal after the first 1.000 Km (625 mi) and then after
9.000 Km (5,600 mi)
Carry out the above operations (points  ‑ 2 ‑ 3) then
drain the oil for some minutes into an adequate
collecting can (be careful and avoid touching hot
surfaces to prevent burns).
Close the drain cap and fill with: 100 cc
of new oil (Q8 T35 80W), then screw on the filler cap.

Regularly check for oil leakages near drain cap
at the rear wheel. If you notice any leaks, contact
an Authorised MALAGUTI Service Centre.
Prevent
foreign
matters
transmission crankcase during checks or oil
changes. Prevent oil dripping on tires or wheels.
Waste oil is toxic for the environment, therefore
we suggest you contact an Authorised MALAGUTI
Service Centre for disposal according to the rules
in force.
