pOSITIONINg ON SITE — 20-10 & 20-20 mODELS
Place the oven on a stable, non-combustible level
horizontal surface. Use the adjustable feet to overcome
an uneven floor and ensure that the unit is level.
1. Once the unit has been positioned properly beneath a
ventilation hood system, adjust the four outside feet
located on the outside corners of the base frame. Begin
with a 32mm (1.25") height (illustration 1) leveling the
oven from side-to-side and front-to-back (illustration 2).

Roll the trolley into the oven and check the overall
fit of the trolley. Close the door and check fit. Make
adjustments as needed.

NOTICE: Adjustable measurements are from the top of the leg flange to the
bottom of the leg square frame (see illustration 1). If measurements
exceed 40mm in height or trolley is not on a level and stable
horizontal floor, the following may occur:
• Improper sealing of the door sweep gasket to the trolley plate, or
