Configuration Guide - Device Management
Before repairing the device power supply, you can force the RPS to supply power for the device
to ensure normal device running.
NOTE
Only the AR2201-48FE, AR2202-48FE, AR2204 support this function.
Pre-configuration Tasks
Before forcing the RPS to supply power for the device, complete the following task:
Connecting an external RPS to the device and ensuring that the RPS is working properly
Procedure
Step 1 (Optional) Run:
display rps status
Information about the RPS status is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 3 Run:
set rps force
The RPS is forced to supply power for the device.
By default, the system does not force the RPS to supply power for the device.
