1. Divide s ausage i nto 2 -­‐inch p ieces a nd p lace i nto a ir f ryer w ithout
overcrowding, w ork i n b atches;
2. Set < mer f or 4 m inutes a nd t emperature f or 4 00 d egrees.
3. As b atches a re c ompleted, s et o n a p aper t owel l ined p late t o d rain.
4. Carefully d iscard g rease a nd w ipe o ut b oHom o f a ir f ryer.
5. Preheat a s auté p an o ver m edium h eat, s pray w ith o il a nd a dd m inced
vegetables.
6. Sauté u n<l t ender a nd r emove t o a f ood p rocessor.
7. Add c ooked s ausage a nd r emaining i ngredients t o t he b owl o f a f ood
processor a nd p ulse u n<l w ell m ixed a nd s omewhat fi ne.
8. Wipe m ushrooms c lean, r emove s tems, a nd s poon o ut g ills.
9. Fill e ach m ushroom w ith a g enerous, m ounding a mount o f s ausage m ixture,
and t op e ach w ith p armesan c heese.
10. Place 6 m ushrooms i nto t he a ir f ryer a nd s pray w ith o il.
11. Set < mer f or 1 0 m inutes a nd t emperature f or 4 00 d egrees.
12. When c ooking i s c omplete, r emove m ushrooms t o a p laHer, a nd r epeat w ith
remaining 6 m ushrooms.
13. Serve w arm.
