Magnetic roller

(1) Pour out the developer unit from the developer
unit. (Refer to para. 10.3.3.)
(2) Remove the front plate and the guide roller.
(Refer to 10.3.4 Para. Front side.)
(3) Remove the adjustment plate, rear plate and
guide roller. (Refer to 10.3.4 Para. Rear side.)
(4) Remove the leveler (2 adjustment screws, 2
coil springs and 2 plate springs).
(5) Remove the sleeve drive pulley, gear and belt.
(6) Peel off the seal on the front and take out the
magnetic roller bearing. After removing the
magnetic roller from the frame slit, move the
magnetic roller in the direction of the arrow and
take it out toward you.
Note: After reassembly, the doctor-to-sleeve gap
and the pole position should be adjusted.
