10 dl white flour
4 tbspns oil
7 tspn salt
8 tspns sugar
2 1 /2 tspns dry yeast
Dough - use program 12
Buns
3 1 /2 dl milk
150 - 200 g melted butter
1 dl sugar
Cardamoms according to taste
1 tspn vanilla sugar
9 dl white flour
2 1 /2 tspns dry yeast
1 egg
Raisins
Leave to raise for c. 1/2 hour after baking. Bake at 200 °C for c. 15 mins. Makes 20 large buns.

Program 1 – Dark crust – Large (3)
6.3 dl water
5 tbspns oil
750 g Semper w/fibre
2 tbspns granulated sugar
1.5 tspn salt
3 tbspns millet flakes
3.5 tspns yeast
2 tbspns fibre husk
Mix fibre husk with the water in the tin and add the remaining wet ingredients. Then add the dry
ingredients. Finally add yeast; it should ideally not get in contact with the water before the baking
process has started.
