7. Working procedure
5.1 To make bread
7. Open the lid and remove bread container by pulling towards front and then straight up. It is
important to remove the bread container rather than putting ingredients in the container
while it is in place to avoid spilling ingredients in the innermost container as the former
would easily burn and stick to the container while baking.
Warning: Place bread maker in a stable and secure position.
8. Place kneading blade in correct position in the bread container by ensuring the flat side of the
blade is aligned with the flat side of the shaft. Push blade securely on its shaft. Kneading
blade should turn easily for best kneading results. You may also put a little oil on the blade
so that it removes easily from the bread after baking.
Ensure the kneading blade is secure; otherwise it might fall off during use, which would
affect the kneading and mixing.
Ensure the shaft is clean from previous use (e.g. dough). This will ensure that kneading blade
will fall into correct position.
6. Choose a recipe from the Cookbook section. When following recipes:
Measure the ingredients carefully and precisely. Use a transparent measuring cup when
measuring fluids. It is important for the water to remain at 40 °C. When measuring the dry
ingredients, use a standard measuring cup and level off with the straight edge of a knife. Inaccurate
measurements, however small, may give a completely different result. Use standard measuring
spoons and level off with the straight edge of a knife.
Always add ingredients in the order that is listed in the recipe.
The sensor's electricity short-circuits when
component is old or lands are short circuited.
Sensor temperature exceeds 160 degrees
Celsius. Possibly caused by logical problems
in circuit board during data collection.
If so, the terminal switch will turn off the
electricity
Sensor temperature less than 80 degrees
Celsius immediately after baking process.
Possibly caused by faulty function in the
heating control.
Sensor temperature exceeds 60 degrees
Celsius during raising process. Possibly
caused by fault in heating control.
1. Loose parts.
2. Fan belt too loose or too tight
3. Faulty motor
4. Worn out lining
