Use this setting to make pasta.
Dough
You can make dough of any type by using this setting. This setting makes dough only and
does not bake. The dough can be formed to make pizza, rolls, salt sticks, doughnuts or
round/flat bread that is baked in an oven.
Jam
Use this setting to make jam. The ingredients will be mixed while they are warm. You can make
your favourite jam by using strawberries, oranges, etc.
Pizza
Use this setting to make pizza dough.

This shows the actual process, namely: pre-warming, raising, kneading, baking and stay warm.

A signal (8 times) to add ingredients for BASIC or SWEET bread.

Back-up function during power failure
In the event of a power failure, the back-up system immediately sets the micro processor to waiting,
for approximately 6 minutes (6 minutes +/- 3 minutes). When the electricity returns to normal, the
microprocessor re-starts and commences the process at the same stage as when the power stopped.
NOTE: THE BAKING RESULT WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE PROCESSOR SWITCHING
TO WAITING PERIOD FOR ABOUT 6 MINUTES.

START/STOP
Press to start baking process in the chosen procedure; press and hold for about 3 seconds to turn off the
chosen procedure.

Timer
Press to set the time in 10 minute stages, press and hold to adjust the time from basic baking time to
maximum lengthened time (up to 15 hours forward).

Control panel
Choices for baking time and recipes: CHOICE, TIMER, CRUST, BREAD SIZE and START/STOP.
Five different signals for the program stages: PRE-WARMING, KNEADING, RAISING, BAKING
and STAY WARM.
