Addition A: Ingredients for recipes
This bread maker has 12 different programs. Program 1-6 make different types of bread and
you can choose between 3 different dough sizes as the same time. We have also chosen to
include recipes with gluten free flour.
We have chosen a basic recipe which can be used as a basis. This basic recipe is suitable
for program 1-4.
Basic recipe – use program 1-4 depending on which flour mixture you use.
Ingredients
Water 40˚C
Oil
Salt
Sugar
Flour
Dry yeast
Program 1 is the most usual program and is used for basic bread. Program 2 is quick bread.
Use the basic recipe and add 1 tspn dry yeast together with 1 tbspn sugar (according to the size
of the dough).
Program 3 is whole wheat bread and should be used if you choose a large percentage of whole
wheat or another whole grain.
Program 4 is quick whole wheat bread. Use the basic recipe and add 1 tspn dry yeast together with
4 tbspns – 5 tbspns – 6 tbspns sugar (according to the size of the dough).
