DK40 Built-in Auto Attendant ACD Applications
The DK40 built-in Auto Attendant can function with Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
groups in two ways (see
The DK40 built-in Auto Attendant can function to answer calls and send them to
selected ACD groups when the caller dials the digit assigned to an ACD group.
A call that is waiting in an ACD queue can overflow to the built-in Auto Attendant to
enable the caller to choose another destination.
