The Dascom 2610 printer may be unable to print invoices despite successful test prints due to one or more of the following reasons:

- The interface cable may not be securely connected to both the printer and the computer.
- The printer driver selected in the software may not match the emulation setting on the printer.
- Incorrect software or printer settings may be used.
- There may be an issue with the computer or interface settings.
- The paper select lever may be in the wrong position, causing the printer to go offline.

Check and correct these settings to resolve the issue.
