. INSPECTION/ADJUSTMENT

STEERING HANDLEBAR

Check that the control cables do not interfere with
handlebar rotation.
Raise the front wheel off the ground and check that
the steering handlebar rotates freely.
If the handlebar moves unevenly, binds, or has
vertical movement, adjust the steering head bearing.
Torgue:
Steering stem nut: 6.0阡8.0kg-m

CLUTCH

Measure the clutch lever free play.
Free Play: 10阡20mm
When major adjustment is required, adjust by turning
the adjusting nut on the clutch cable from the right
crankcase cover.
Adjust by loosening the lock nut and turning the
adjusting nut. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
When minor adjustment is required, adjust by turning
the adjusting nut on the clutch lever side.
