. CLUTCH/GEAR SHIFT MECHANISM
RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER
REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil.
Disconnect the clutch cable.
Remove the right crankcase cover attaching
bolts and right crankcase cover.
Remove the right crankcase cover.
ONE-WAY CLUTCH REMOVAL
Remove the one-way clutch mounting bolt
and one-way clutch.
Torque: 7.5阡8.5kg-m
＊
The one-way clutch mounting bolt is left
screw.
INSPECTION
Measure the flange starter clutch O.D.
Service Limit: 27.80 replace if below.
