ON : Normally operating
Flicker : Offset/gain setting mode
OFF : 5V power-off, watchdog timer error occurrence or status available for
module replacement during online module replacement
Indicates the Q64RD/Q64RD-G error status.
ON : Error occurrence
Flicker : Switch setting error

was set to Switch 5.
OFF : Normally operating
