The numbers to the left the decimal point are the number of days since January 1, 1900. The numbers to the right are fractional days which can be converted to hours, minutes, and seconds.

    Isco 5800 Refrigerated Sampler Section 5 Maintenance WARNING The sampler has a safety interlock that prevents the pump from operating when the pump housing band is open. DO NOT tamper with the pump housing and band. The pump is extremely powerful. The pump can injure you severely if the sampler activates the pump while you are working on it.
