2.1 Turning the Scanner ON /OFF

■ Turning the Power ON
ATTENTION
1. Press "I" side of the main power switch located on the back of the
scanner.
2. Open the Hopper.
HINT
3. Press the Power button on the Operator panel.
The power turns on and the Power button lights up.
During initialization, the Function No. Display changes from "8" --> "P" to "1" in order. When
"1" shows, it means the scanner is ready.

2.1 Turning the Scanner ON /OFF

When SCSI interface is used, turn on the scanner power first. Turn on the
PC when the scanner displays "1" on the Function number display.
