Troubleshooting
Keyboard
Problem:
The server does not detect the keyboard, or my keyboard does not
work when I switch servers or reboot.
Solution:
• Check that the PS/2 or USB cable between the Console and the server is
completely connected.
• If the server is coming out of standby mode, allow up to one minute to
regain mouse function.
Mouse
Problem:
The server does not detect the mouse, or the mouse does not work
when I switch servers or reboot.
Solution:
• Check that the PS/2 or USB cable between the Console and the server is
completely connected.
• If the server is coming out of standby mode, allow up to one minute to
regain mouse function.
