Enter your assigned authentication code on the operation panel.
The screen of the desired mode appears.

Perform copy, submission, or scanning operations.

Press Log out.
The standby screen appears.

When printing from the printer driver, set your authentication
code to the printer driver sheet.
Even when the printer receives print data, printing is suspended until the
authentication code is entered.

Press PRINT on the operation panel.
The Print screen appears.

Press Authenticated Printing on the print screen.
The Authentication screen appears.
