The FS750 Series Fast Ethernet switcheses are equipped with LEDs to
indicate the switch status.
Table 2 describes the power LED.

To see the Link/Activity and speed status for the AT-FS750/28PS
model, you must select the L/A option by toggling the MODE button.

Description
The switch is not receiving power.
The input AC power is within the normal
operating range.
Description
The port has not established a link with a
network device.
The port has established a link to a network
device and can operate at 100 Mbps.
The port is transmitting or receiving network
packets and operating at 100 Mbps.
The port has established a link to a network
device and can operate at 10 Mbps.
The port is transmitting or receiving network
packets and operating at 10 Mbps.
