Error Name
Ink related message (1) The ink cover was closed without the ink cartridge being set.
Ink related message (2) The ink cover was open without the ink cartridge being set.
Ink will almost run out.

Ink related message (7) An unrecognizable ink cartridge has been detected.

Backup error An external device is not connected when backup was

Backup error (insufficient capacity) The media capacity to which backup is made is insufficient.
Backup error (no card) Backup source does not exist.

Backup was attempted while the printer was operating.

Occurrence Condition
No ink cartridge. Open the ink cover and set the ink cartridge.
Note: • If left with the error status, displayed 60 seconds in maximum.
Set all ink cartridge correct position and close the ink cover.
Ink out. Open the ink cover and replace the following ink cartridge.
Replace the following ink cartridge and close the ink cover.
Ink cartridges cannot be recognized. Replace the following ink cartridge.
Ink cover is open. Replace the ink cartridge and close the ink cover.
External device is not connected or media is not inserted. Backup terminated.
There is not enough free space on the memory card or disk. Operation canceled.
No memory card in slot. Stopping backup.
Backup cannot be performed when connected to a PC.
