4.4.4 Printer Mechanism

1.
Remove the Middle Housing. (p.88)
2.
Remove the ASF Rear Assy. (p.103)
3.
Remove the I/C Holder Assy. (p.105)
4.
At the rear of the printer, remove the screws (x2) (one of them secures the Power
Supply Assy Shield Plate together).
5.
Remove the screws (x2) securing the Harness Clamp.
6.
Remove the screws (x5) securing the Printer Mechanism.
7.
Release the tube clamps, and disconnect the Waste Ink Tubes (x2) from the Tube
Holder.
8.
Remove the Printer Mechanism with care that it is not caught by lead wires.
C A U T I O N
When you remove the Waste Ink Tubes, ink may blow out. Take
great care not to stain any surrounding objects with ink.
When installing the Waste Ink Tubes, make sure that they are all
the way seated in the locations shown below.
