No Toner Reception

When your machine is running low on toner it displays
TONER LOW, REPLACE TONER CART.
If user function 22:NO TONER MEM.RX is set to OFF
(default setting), and the print density is high enough, you
can continue to use the toner cartridge without replacing it
until the print density becomes too low.
If User Function 22:NO TONER MEM RX is set to ON,
your machine automatically receives and stores messages
in its memory when toner is low. The message MSG. IN
MEMORY appears on the display.
To print out the message stored in memory, do the
following:
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.
to select Print from Memory, press Enter.
2 Press
to select Print Memory Msg., press Enter.
3 Press

If a memory reception password has been set, enter the
4-digit password. Press Enter.

Even if you see a TONER LOW message on your
machine, you may be able to use the 2/Print Operation
key to continue printing faxes, but the print quality
cannot be guaranteed. Replace your toner cartridge as
soon as possible.

Canceling Messages Stored in Memory

To erase messages received in memory without printing
them:
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.
to select Print from Memory, press Enter.
2 Press
to select Print Memory Msg., press Enter.
3 Press
4 MSG. IN MEMORY, PRINTING displays.
5 To erase the message instead of printing it, press the Stop
key. The display shows CANCEL MEMORY?
6 Press the Enter key to erase the message from your machine's
memory.
