not appear on the PC:
If the meter is still not
detected as a drive:
Contact the customer support and service centre (see page 134) if the problem persists.

Troubleshooting
Check whether Reports is selected in the defaults for PC analysis (see
Defining the default page 71).
Check whether your PC or operating system supports data transfer via USB.
Check whether the USB connector is firmly plugged into the correct socket on
the PC.
Plug the meter into a different USB socket on your PC (you may be able to use
a USB hub or choose between USB sockets on the front and rear of your PC).
