Disassembling the oil pan
1. Remove the muffler 1 from the oil pan.
2. Remove the exhaust manifold 2 from
the oil pan 3.
3. Remove the oil pan 3 from the exhaust
guide 4.

4. Remove the oil strainer 5.

5. Remove the gasket 6 and relief valve

Checking the oil strainer
1. Check the oil strainer. Clean if there is

dirt or residue.
Assembling the oil pan
1. Install the gaskets 1 and 2 onto the
exhaust guide 3.
2. Install the relief valve 4, and then tighten
the bolts 5 temporarily.
