If a ground start*, the stored digits are sent out
on CO/FX/WATS trunk after ground detection. If
a loop start, the stored digits are outpulsed on
CO/FX/WATS trunk after 3 seconds.
If answer supervision is enabled, pseudo-answer
supervision is sent approximately 13 seconds
after last dial pulse is received
If no-answer supervision is enabled, CO end
disconnects
Originating end disconnects – network torn down
and trunk idled
