Labeling an MD

— Name Function
When a CD has a disc title (name), the same
title is assigned to the MD (Disc Memo
Copy). However, you can also create titles for
your recorded MDs and tracks.
You can use up to 1,700 characters for a disc.

Insert the MD you want to edit, then
press DISC SKIP on the MD deck (or
MD D.SKIP on the remote) so the
MD 1 to 3 button of the slot
containing the MD lights green.

Press FUNCTION >/ . on the
amplifier repeatedly to switch the
function to MD.
While playing an MD, press p to stop
play.
Wait for the total number of tracks and
the total playing time to appear, then
proceed to the next step.
To label a track, turn SELECTOR until
the track number you want to label
appears.

Press MENU/NO, then turn
SELECTOR until "Name in ?"
appears.

Press ENTER/YES.
The cursor starts flashing.
