Cause and countermeasure
The transport cartridge is still inserted.
m Turn off the system and wait for the mechanism to come to a complete stop,
then remove the cartridge.
There is no disc in the MD deck.

There is no more space to store disc or track titles (you have already input 1,700
characters).
m Erase unnecessary track titles, then input the title again.
You specified recording on a brand new MD or from the last recorded portion.

You tried to show the name of an non-labeled disc or track.
m You can assign disc and track names to a recordable MD (see page 57).
The inserted disc has a disc title but no tracks.

You have reached the end of the disc while pressing ) during playback pause.
m Keep pressing 0 or turn SELECTOR to return to the desired playback
