You can display the CD text (CD title, artist
name, track titles and other information)
when this information is recorded on the CD.

Checking a disc title

Place a CD (CDs) on each disc tray.

Press FUNCTION >/. repeatedly
to switch the function to CD.

Press DISC SKIP (or CD D.SKIP on
the remote) until the number of the
tray containing the desired CD
appears.

Press MENU/NO.

Turn SELECTOR until "Name
Check?" appears.

Press ENTER/YES.
The disc title is displayed scrolling in the
display.
Checking a track title
/
Turn SELECTOR during play or in
stop mode until the desired track
appears.
The track title is displayed scrolling in
the display.
To cancel checking
Press p on the CD player.
Viewing the CD text title
during play
1 Press MENU/NO.
2 Turn SELECTOR until "Name Check?"
appears.
3 Press ENTER/YES.
Up to 20 characters of the disc title appear.
Notes
• CD text information is not copied to MDs in some
cases.
• If the CD text exceeds 20 characters, the 21st and
subsequent characters do not scroll in the display.
