Checking a disc title
1 Turn SELECTOR in step 6 of "Labeling a
CD" until "Name Check?" appears.
2 Press ENTER/YES.
3 Turn SELECTOR until the CD 1 – 3 disc
title or the stored disc title (001 to 100) you
want to check appears.
The disc title is displayed scrolling in the
display.
To check the disc titles with the
remote
Press CD D.SKIP until the desired CD
appears, then press SCROLL.
The disc title is displayed scrolling in the
display.
Tip
You can also check the disc titles by pressing
DISPLAY in stop mode (see page 30).
Erasing a disc title
1 Turn SELECTOR in step 6 of "Labeling a
CD" until "Name Erase?" appears, then
press ENTER/YES.
2 Turn SELECTOR until the CD 1 – 3 disc
title or the stored disc title (001 to 100) you
want to erase appears.
The disc title is displayed scrolling in the
display.
3 To erase the disc title, press ENTER/YES.
The disc title is erased and "Complete"
appears.
To cancel erasing
Press p on the CD player during steps 1 or 2.

CD" until "All Erase?" appears, then press
ENTER/YES.
"All Erase??" appears.
2 To erase all the disc titles, press ENTER/
YES.
All the disc titles are erased and
"Complete" appears.
To cancel erasing
Press p on the CD player during step 1.
Notes
• When you make a recording with the Hit Parade
feature (see page 46), the Disc Memo Copy feature
is not activated.
• Turn on the system power at least once every two
weeks to ensure the stored disc titles are not
erased.
