Chapter 1 Troubleshooting
FIP-1.P17 The top margin is incorrect / The side margin is incorrect
ESS and possible causative parts
- DRUM CARTRIDGE (PL4.1.21)
- TRANSFER ASSY (PL6.1.7)
- ROS ASSY (PL4.1.1)
Before commencing troubleshooting, check the paper transfer path. Make sure there is no foreign
materials on the transfer path, such as staples, paper clips, scraps of paper and so on.

Checking the printing.
1 Checked by [Test Print] - [Gradation] in diagnosis.
Is the image printed correctly?
Checking after replacing the DRUM CARTRIDGE.
Replace the DRUM CARTRIDGE. (Refer to RRP4.6.)

Does the error appear on the printed material when
printing?
Checking after replacing the TRANSFER ASSY.
Replace the TRANSFER ASSY. (Refer to RRP6.3.)

printing?
