Possible causative parts:
DRUM CARTRIDGE (PL4.1.21)
PWBA MCU (PL8.2.13)
Checking the life counter value of the DRUM CARTRIDGE.

Does the life count value show the near of the end?
Checking after resetting the DRUM CARTRIDGE.
Reseat the DRUM CARTRIDGE.

Does the error still occur when the power is turned OFF
and ON?
Checking after replacing the DRUM CARTRIDGE.
Replace the DRUM CARTRIDGE. (Refer to RRP4.6.)
CAUTION: Be sure to pull eight sealing tapes out from

a new DRUM CARTRIDGE before installation.
Does the error still occur when the power is turned OFF
and ON?

Replace the
DRUM
Go to step 2.
