Incorrect harness connection.
Faulty harness. → Replace
Faulty RFID board. → Replace
Faulty main board. → Replace
Cause and Solution
Ttransmit the data with paper size set by media size.
Set the media (ribbon) united with the size of sending data.
Cause and Solution
Turn off the power supply of the printer and PC,
then reboot.
Faulty main board. → Replace
Cause and Solution
Check the USB cable.
Turn off the power supply of the printer and PC,
then reboot.
The printer driver is not installed. → Install the printer
Driver.
Faulty main board. → Replace
