Head position motor is not
turning.
Head position motor keeps

Head Voltage Error

Event
Abnormal power supply
during printing.
（A part of the printing
disappears or the density
decreases.）
Cause and Solution
Damaged Ribbon supply Assy.
→ Replace ribbon supply Assy.
Damaged ribbon supply Assy motor. Faulty harness.
→ Replace the motor or the harness.
Incorrect harness connection, or it is damaged.
Faulty driver board. → Replace
Faulty main board. → Replace
Ribbon tension home positioning sensor if damaged. →
replace the sensor board.
Check the connections of harness connecting the sensor and
the sensor board.
Check the connections of FFC Connecting the driver board
and the main board.
Faulty driver board. → Replace
Faulty main board. → Replace

Damage or life cycle of motor.
