３, Error Causes and Solution
Try to determine the cause of the error from the error display and actual problem, and rectify it.

Paper end

There is still media
remaining, but Paper End is

Paper Jam

Paper feeding motor
stopped.
Media feed motor is
spinning, but the media isn't
advancing
The motor spins, and media
is advanced, but paper edge
cannot be detected.
Paper End cannot
detected.
Main motor is step out
※ It may be paper jam with the ribbon sticking . Please refer to Ribbon Error.
Replace the paper
Faulty of sensor adjustment. → Adjust a sensor
Faulty paper end sensor → Replace
Faulty sensor board → Replace
Check the connections of harness connecting the sensor and
the sensor board or replace.
Check the connections of FFC Connecting the drive board
and the main board
Faulty driver board → Replace
Faulty main board → Replace
Incorrect harness connection
Faulty driver board. Check the damage of harness
→ Replace harness and driver board.
Damage of paper feeding motor → Replace the motor
Faulty main board → Replace
Faulty paper feeding（damage of roller or bearing）
→ Replace
Faulty pinch pressure → Faulty the spring
Damage of paper rewind clutch or gear → Replace
Faulty of sensor adjustment. → Adjust a sensor
PC mark sensor harness connection is faulty
Faulty PC mark sensor → Replace
Damage of sensor board → Replace
Faulty driver board or wiring → Replace
Faulty main board → Replace
