Answer Audio Calls

When you receive an incoming call, your phone rings and an Incoming Call window displays, as shown
below. In the Incoming Call window, you can choose to answer or ignore the incoming call.

Note: Setting up a visual incoming call alert
Your system administrator can enable the touchscreen to flash bright orange when you have an
incoming call. The touchscreen continues to flash until the incoming call displays in the Home or
Calls screen. For more information about this feature, see your system administrator.
To answer an incoming call:
» Do one of the following:

Pick up the handset.

Press or select Answer.

Press .
After you answer the incoming call, the call becomes active.
When you don't answer the call within 10 seconds, the Incoming Call window disappears, and either the
Home or Calls screen displays. The screen that displays depends on the last screen displayed on your
phone.
To answer the call from the Calls screen:
» Select the incoming call, and select Answer.
Note: Answering calls when your phone is locked
If your phone is locked, you must enter a user password before answering the call. See the section
